This template was developed as part of a larger scheme to enhance the induction provision for  enrolled on an undergraduate degree programme in the School of Chemical Engineering & Analytical Science at the University of Manchester.

Evaluating Generative Learning Objects (GLOs) as a medium for multidisciplinary online learning and as a tool for encouraging independent learning 

 As part of this project a number of subject based GLOs were developed and used as a tool to encourage independent learning for undergraduate students.

Critical Reflection Forms

Resource Pack Supporting Self-Directed Student Projects in the Local Community

This pack contains resources to support student projects in the local community. It includes:

  • list of resources available to students in the Combined Studies Centre to support their project work

  • and a template of the community project contract, completed by both the student group and community organisation
