The website has clearly been influenced by traditional group work research such as Tuckman (four stage model of group development) and Jones (task and process dichotomy).
Another nice-looking Australian site from the University of Sydney with an interesting focus on the theme of movement when considering student group work. The advice has a practical, project management focus, including a good section on running effective meetings. There are also a number of pdf checklists that can be printed to aid in task management.

This clearly laid out site is provided by the University of Technology in Sydney and comprehensively introduces students to the whole group working cycle. There is a good section on action plans and the site also provides a number of useful templates and example pdfs.
