This page shows the steps in using Survey Monkey to create simple online questionnaires.
Initial registration is required before creating questionnaires can begin. Basic registration allows a Basic free account, Subscription enables access to a Professional account.

Creating a questionnaire - Creating and then editing a questionnaire is simple. Click on the 'Create Surveys' tab and follow the instructions to either copy an existing survey, use a survey template (dependent on registration type) or create a new survey from scratch.
Editing a questionnaire - This is where you create the questions you wish to ask.

Analysis of data collected from an online survey service - One of the biggest advantages of using an online survey service is that it allows you to view results as they are collected in real-time. Analysis is done as each response is completed.

Descriptive analysis using online survey service - Descriptive analysis merely summarises responses into counts of how many occurrences there are for each response. Descriptive statistics are used to describe the basic features of the data in a study. They provide simple summaries about the sample and the measures.
